Step 1: Sign-up for a New Client Blogging Solutions Onboarding Package
Purchase a New Client Blogging Solutions Onboarding Package from Marketplace. You will receive an email with a link to complete our onboarding form. The comprehensive form will help us learn about your writing style, tone of voice preferences and more about you, your practice and your specialties. This information will help my team and I create blog posts that are most aligned with your audience and who you are as a private practice owner.
After we’ve received your onboarding form, my team will get to work on your blog posts and when it they are completed, I will review each blog to make sure it aligns with your stated preferences. Your blog post will be delivered to your Google Doc Folder 2 weeks following the return of your completed onboarding form. This is to allow the team and I the time to complete your SEO keyword research and start writing your first blog post. You will also receive a email with a Welcome Offer discount code for $25 off any of our ongoing Solution or Solution Plus Subscription Plans as our way of saying Thank You for trying out our services!
Step 2: Choose a ongoing Solution or Solution Plus Subscription Plan
We offer a variety of plans to choose from, so you can select the one that best meets your needs. Choose the plan that would be most beneficial to you and your practice. Choose from Solution 1: 1 blog/month, Solution 2: 2 blogs/month, or Solution 3: 3 blogs/month or choose our Solution Plus plans, where we also upload and schedule your posts to your website (currently only available for clients whose website is hosted on Squarespace). You are also free to upgrade or downgrade or cancel plans as your needs change as there is no long-term contract. Payment for Solution Plans or Solution Plus Plans are always made a month in advance i.e. if you sign up in August, you can expect your blog posts in September.
Step 3: Monthly Blog Post Delivery
Each SEO-optimized blog post will be delivered to you via Google Docs Folder so, you can easily access them and make any necessary edits. Each blog post will include a meta title and a meta-description. If you are on an Plus Plan, your blog posts with an stock image will be directly uploaded and scheduled to be published to your Squarespace website on your approved schedule.
Delivery days vary depending on when you subscribed. For example, if you ordered in the first half of the month (1st – 15th), you will receive your posts the following month on the 15th. If you ordered in the second half of the month (16th – last day), you will receive your posts on the 30th. This allows us time to write high quality content for you based on the information you provided us in your onboarding form.

Blog posts will have a word word count of 700 to 1100 words per post. Longer pieces seem to do better when it comes to ranking. Yes. you own the content we create for you. All posts are written from scratch. So, even if there is someone else who requests a similar topic, their post will be different than the one created for you. Also, as much as we will try to match your "voice" in your posts, we recommend reviewing them and modifying them to personalize them as you wish. If you are unhappy with a delivered blog post for some reason, please let me know within 3 days from the delivery of the post and outline the reasons for your revision request. 1.Sign into your website account. Select the Setting option from the left hand menu.
2. Open the permissions panel and click Invite Contributor.
3. In the Invite Contributor window, enter my name, Althea Fernandes and email address, blogging@altheafernandes.com.
4. Switch the toggles to give me permission as a Website Editor.
5. Click Invite to send your invitation.
6. I will then receive an email invitation through which I will be able to start uploading and publishing your blog posts.

Please review Althea's Blogging Solutions' Subscription Plan Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in a plan as they contain important information regarding any subscription that you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. From here on "you"/"the client"/"customers" refers to the client and "the company"/"company"/"us"/"we"/"our" refer to Althea's Blogging Solutions. Althea's Blogging Solutions reserves the right, at our sole discretion to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time; by accessing or using our website you acknowledge and agree to any changed or modified terms moving forward. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our subscription service.
Althea's Blogging Solutions will provide blog writing services in a subscription format as described on the Marketplace.
2.1 Options available:

- Solution Plans: 1) Solution 1: 1 blog/month; 2) Solution 2: 2 blogs/month; 3) Solution 3: 3 blogs/month
- Solution Plans Plus: 1 Solution 1 Plus: 1 blog/month + published on site; 2) Solution 2 Plus: 2 blogs/month + published on site; 3) Solution 3 Plus: 3 blogs/month + published on site
You can find specific details regarding each subscription play by visiting Althea's Blogging Solutions in the Marketplace. The client is responsible for informing us of any industry-specific terms and/or compliance issues that should be considered in the content.
2.2 Revisions:
Althea's Blogging Solutions makes every effort to ensure that all blog posts provided to the client is free of errors, including errors in spelling and content but cannot guarantee this and so, we request that the client reviews the blog posts thoroughly, as ultimately the content produced belongs to the client. A maximum of 1 revision will be completed for each blog post that is delivered. Where revisions are required the post must remain within the scope of the original content, and the topic cannot be changed. Approved and published posts will not be revised, unless approved by Althea's Blogging Solutions.
2.3 Promotional Offers:
From time to time, Althea's Blogging Solutions may offer promotional codes and discounts at its sole discretion. All promotional codes or discounts will be one time only, not transferrable, not compoundable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or otherwise. Lost, missed or expired promotional codes or discounts will not be replaced. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed in communications made to you. Althea's Blogging Solutions reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate any promotional code or discount at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.
3.1. Subscription:
To enroll and activate your plan, you must pay the fee in full, subscribe and create an account. Clients can log in to their account and manage their subscriptions by changing card details, cancel subscriptions, check the delivery address. They will also see their payment details and payment history. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. The New Client Blogging Solutions Onboarding Package is a one-time fee and will not be charged on a subscription basis.
3.2 Payment Methods:
To enroll in a subscription plan, you must provide a Payment Method. You authorize us to charge your chosen Payment Method associated for the subscription fee and any additional charges that may apply. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used.
3.3 Auto-Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Please click on the "Account" page to see your next payment date.
3.4 Updating your Payment Methods:
You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
4.1 Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription plan at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. Once cancelled, all outstanding content will be delivered as per the agreed upon schedule until the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
4.2 Refunds:
Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods.
4.3 Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans:
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
5.1. License:
During the subscription period, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content provided as part of the service. This license is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.
5.2. Copyright:
All content provided through the service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without explicit permission from us.
6.1. Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not access your account. By allowing others to access the account, you agree that such individuals are acting on your behalf and that you are bound by any changes that they may make to the account, including but not limited to changes to the subscription plan. You agree to provide and maintain accurate information relating to your account, including a valid email address so we can send you account related notices. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, Althea's Blogging Solutions or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
6.2. Compliance:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the subscription service. Althea's Blogging Solutions has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future and over clients' removing links and content, or deleting/moving/changing their website. As an outsourced provider, Althea's Blogging Solutions does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term or website traffic increases. The client shall indemnify us against any claim, including liability arising from copyright infringement. The client accepts all responsibility for any copyright issues arising from the publication of content produced by us that summarizes, rephrases or otherwise refers to third-party sources. The client agrees to indemnify us against any claim for compensation or damages brought about as a direct or indirect consequence of the work we deliver to the client, including but not limited to human error by or on behalf of us, problems caused by third party tools and applications, updates, algorithm changes, or changes to platforms. We will not accept liability or be liable for any compensation for any loss of revenue or profits or any other detrimental effect to client’s business or any third party of the client for works carried out on behalf of client.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the service after the changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
We may terminate your subscription and access to the service at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
